Training has become one of the biggest drivers of how I approach business and life. The discipline, consistency, and resilience required in endurance sports directly influence how I build companies, lead teams, and pursue long-term goals.

Whether it's an early morning run, a long ride, a swim session, or preparing for race day, I enjoy the challenge of pushing my limits and continually improving.

The endurance community has introduced me to incredible people, and I'm always excited to connect with fellow runners, triathletes, cyclists, and athletes who share a passion for growth and performance.
