Training has become one of the biggest drivers of how I approach business and life. The discipline, consistency, and resilience required in endurance sports directly influence how I build companies, lead teams, and pursue long-term goals.

Whether it's an early morning run, a long ride, a swim session, or preparing for race day, I enjoy the challenge of pushing my limits and continually improving.
